What's New?

We are so happy to welcome four new tour members to our 2022 event!

You may remember Luke Bauer, who is a basket weaver and wilderness instructor at the Rolling Ridge Wilderness School; and Laurie Monsma, who is a fiber artist and textile artist specializing in artistic quilts from last year. Both were visiting artists in 2021, and we are so thankful that they have decided to join us!

The tour also welcomes Esther Murphy, a potter and long time resident of Jefferson County; and Denise Ray who is a weaver specializing in modern interpretations of traditional weaving techniques.

Retirements and Time Off
One of our long-time members is taking a hiatus just for this year, Liz Goins will be back next year to share her colorful paper artistry.

We also say goodbye to several of our talented studio tour artists. We hope that our visitors continue to follow them on their next journeys. Tara Bell, colored pencil illustrator; Bruce Fansen , sculptures from wood; Steve Adams, hand hewn bowls; and Sheila Brannan, Stained glass artist. We thank them for lending their creative spirits to the past tours!.
